Terms of Service
Rules for access, content, billing and responsible use.
01About these Terms
These Terms form a contract between you and Adeimantos Ltd when you access or use Antislop. Adeimantos Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17201404, with its registered office at 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4FG. “Antislop”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Adeimantos Ltd.
“Service” means the Antislop websites, application, text-processing features, saved history, subscriptions, support and related services. By creating an account, submitting material, starting a paid subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If a signed enterprise agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the covered use.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this contract. The Service is not offered to consumers habitually resident in the European Economic Area at the effective date.
02Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, protect authentication factors and notify contact@adeimantos.com promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of duty. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared outside the contracting organisation without our written permission.
Google sign-in is subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices. We may require fresh authentication before a sensitive action such as changing security settings, exporting all data or deleting an account.
03The Service
Antislop accepts text and the input formats identified in the Service and returns edited text and related quality or preservation information. Some functions apply deterministic rules; other functions use hosted artificial-intelligence inference. Available functions, supported formats and technical limits may evolve, provided that we do not materially reduce a paid subscription during its current billing period without a valid reason and appropriate remedy.
Do not use the Service where failure could cause death, personal injury, significant property damage or denial of a person’s rights.
04Your material
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, parse, transmit, transform, secure, display to you and otherwise process that material only to provide, protect and support the Service, comply with law and exercise our rights under these Terms. The licence ends when the material is deleted, subject to short-lived backups and records we must lawfully retain.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to submit the material and instruct its processing. This includes confidential information, personal data, third-party works and material belonging to an employer or client. Do not submit information subject to professional secrecy, export restrictions or a contractual prohibition unless your use is authorised and the Service is suitable for that obligation.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, malicious, deceptive, exploitative or that violates privacy, confidentiality, publicity or other rights. If you process personal data for an organisation, the Customer Data Processing Addendum applies when incorporated into the contract.
We do not verify, approve or endorse submitted material. You are responsible for its accuracy, completeness, legality, provenance and suitability, and for the instructions and settings you apply to it. An error, omission, ambiguity, unsupported assertion or rights issue in submitted material may be retained, amplified or otherwise reflected in an output.
05Outputs and intellectual property
As between you and us, you own the output to the extent the law permits ownership. To the extent any right in an output initially belongs to us, we assign it to you on creation after payment of applicable charges. This does not transfer our software, editing methods, rules, models, documentation, trademarks or other background technology.
We do not promise that an output is unique, protectable by copyright, non-infringing or factually accurate. Other users may receive similar output. Your source may already contain third-party material, and an output may preserve it. You are responsible for reviewing and clearing the final material before use.
Except for an express commitment in these Terms or an applicable order summary, and subject to rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, Antislop and Adeimantos Ltd do not guarantee that an output created through Free Runs, Naturalise or Naturaliser, or any present or future variation of those core products, will achieve any particular quality, improvement, accuracy, completeness, readability, style, tone, factual fidelity, preservation, originality, non-infringement, regulatory compliance or fitness for a particular purpose.
Processing may introduce, omit, retain, rearrange or alter words, meaning, emphasis, tone, formatting, citations, facts or errors. Results may vary according to the submitted material, instructions, settings, product version and third-party services, and repeated processing need not produce the same result. An output is not our approval or endorsement of either the source or the result.
You are responsible for comparing source and output, checking facts and citations, testing the result for its intended context, obtaining necessary professional review and rights clearances, making corrections, and deciding whether and how to use, publish or rely on it. No quality, preservation or safety indicator replaces that review.
We do not use submitted material or outputs to train or fine-tune Antislop’s or a provider’s general-purpose models. Feedback about the Service that does not include customer content may be used without restriction to improve the Service. If feedback contains personal data, our Privacy Policy applies.
06Saved history, deletion and administrator access
Signed-in users may save source material, outputs, settings, folders, feedback and voice profiles. Saved content is subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. Where the relevant controls are available, you can delete an individual saved run, a voice profile or the account. Keep your own copy of important source material and output; the Service is not an archive or records-management system.
Authorised administrators may access saved content only to fulfil a support request you initiated, investigate a concrete security or abuse event, comply with law, or perform a documented recovery or deletion operation. Access is restricted and logged. We do not guarantee recovery after deletion, expiry, corruption or service failure.
07Acceptable use
You must not, and must not help another person to:
- break the law or facilitate fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation or evasion of legal obligations;
- create or distribute malware, credentials, phishing material, spam or instructions intended to compromise systems;
- submit child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, or content that unlawfully exploits or endangers a person;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity or contractual rights;
- make decisions about employment, education, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, law enforcement, migration or access to essential services without legally required human oversight and safeguards;
- use the Service in a weapon, life-support system, critical-infrastructure control or other high-risk setting requiring fail-safe performance;
- probe, scan, test or circumvent security or authentication without our prior written authorisation;
- scrape, reverse engineer or extract protected components except where law expressly permits and the right cannot be excluded;
- resell, sublicense, share credentials for, or provide bureau access to the Service unless a written agreement allows it;
- evade or manipulate usage measurement, rate limits, referral rules, subscriptions, billing, security controls or content-preservation controls; or
- overload, disrupt or degrade the Service or another user’s access.
We may investigate suspected misuse, restrict a feature, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, suspend access or terminate an account where proportionate. Except in an urgent security, legal or payment case, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure a remediable breach. We may report apparently unlawful conduct where required by law.
08Free service and usage controls
We may provide a free service with limited features and abuse controls. It is offered at our discretion, without a commitment to continued availability, and may require a browser identifier or sign-in. We may change or withdraw it on reasonable notice, or immediately where necessary for security or capacity.
A paid subscription includes the usage allowances, billing period and service features shown in the order summary. An allowance is a contractual access limit, not stored monetary value. Unless the order summary expressly says otherwise, allowances:
- are measured using the input submitted for a successfully started or completed paid processing request;
- apply over the measurement windows stated in the order summary;
- do not roll over, transfer, redeem for cash or combine across accounts;
- may include reasonable concurrency, file-size, request-frequency and abuse-prevention controls; and
- may be corrected where a failed, duplicate or incorrectly measured request is confirmed.
We may prevent a request that would exceed an allowance. We may apply fair-use controls to protect service availability, but we will not use an undisclosed fair-use rule to reduce the stated core allowance during a current paid billing period. Material future changes are notified before renewal.
09Orders, price, tax and payment
Before you place an order, checkout shows the total recurring price, currency, billing period, applicable tax treatment, core allowance, renewal basis, cancellation route and any minimum commitment. Those particulars form part of this contract. If they conflict with a general description elsewhere, the order summary controls for that order.
Prices are inclusive of VAT where checkout states that they are inclusive; otherwise applicable taxes are added as shown before payment. A VAT registration number is displayed on the tax invoice when applicable. You must provide accurate billing and location information. Stripe processes payment and may apply authentication, fraud and regulatory checks.
By placing an order, you authorise the recurring charge disclosed at checkout to the chosen payment method at the start of each billing period until cancellation. If payment fails, we may retry, request another method, restrict paid functions or suspend the subscription. A short payment-recovery period does not waive the amount due.
10Renewal, changes and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically for successive billing periods shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal. You can cancel through the account billing portal or by contacting contact@adeimantos.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves paid access available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
We may change the price, allowance or recurring terms for a future renewal by giving reasonable advance notice in a durable form. A change does not apply during a billing period already paid. If you do not accept the change, cancel before it takes effect. A materially adverse change that law requires you to accept affirmatively will not take effect merely because you remain silent.
We may discontinue a paid service on reasonable notice. If we end it during a prepaid period for reasons other than your serious breach, we refund the unused proportion.
11Consumer cancellation right and refunds
If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day after the subscription contract is made to cancel it without giving a reason. At checkout you may expressly request immediate access during that period. If you do so and later cancel within 14 days, we may deduct or charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation, based on the total agreed price. If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may end. These rules do not affect remedies for faulty, misdescribed or unlawfully supplied services.
To exercise the statutory right, make a clear statement through the billing portal or to contact@adeimantos.com, identifying the account and order. You may write: “I give notice that I cancel my Antislop subscription ordered on the date shown in my confirmation.” We will acknowledge the request in a durable form.
Apart from statutory rights and the express promises in these Terms, charges for a billing period already supplied are not automatically refundable. We issue appropriate refunds for duplicate or incorrect charges, a service we materially fail to supply, cancellation rights required by law and prepaid service we discontinue without your breach. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the entitlement is established. Bank processing times are outside our control.
12Suspension and termination
You may stop using the free service at any time and may close an account through its settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, a legal requirement or conduct that threatens the Service or another person. We use measures proportionate to the risk and provide reasons unless law or security prevents it.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends, outstanding charges remain due, and we delete or return content under our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum. Sections intended by their nature to continue—including ownership, payment accrued, confidentiality, liability, dispute and enforcement provisions—survive.
13Service availability and changes
We use reasonable skill and care to provide the Service. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, security events and events beyond reasonable control can interrupt it. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update software, models, editing methods and interfaces, provided that subscription changes remain subject to the renewal and cancellation provisions above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory promise that applies to a consumer and cannot lawfully be excluded, including the requirement to provide digital services with reasonable care and skill.
14Confidentiality for business users
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information using reasonable care and use it only to perform or receive the Service. This duty does not cover information lawfully known without restriction, independently developed, publicly available without breach or rightfully received from another source. A party may disclose information where law requires, giving advance notice where legally permitted. These duties continue for three years after disclosure; trade secrets remain protected while they qualify as trade secrets.
15Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of a duty that cannot lawfully be limited, or a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses, and we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping copies of important material.
If you use the Service wholly or mainly for business, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity. Subject to the exclusions above, each party’s total aggregate liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees paid or payable by you for the Service in that period. The cap does not limit your payment obligations or liability arising from unlawful material, infringement, breach of confidentiality, misuse of the Service or deliberate circumvention of security.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss to the extent it is caused by submitted material, your instructions or settings, your failure to review or correct an output, changes made after processing, or use outside the documented purpose or limits of the Service. This does not excuse our own breach of contract, negligence or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you use the Service wholly or mainly for business, you will indemnify Adeimantos Ltd against losses and reasonable costs arising from a third-party claim that material you submitted, or your unlawful use of the Service or an output, infringes that third party’s rights or breaks the law, except to the extent the claim was caused by our breach, negligence or unauthorised change. We will give prompt notice, allow you reasonable control of the defence, and provide reasonable cooperation; you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by us or imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.
16Complaints and disputes
Contact contact@adeimantos.com first with the account email, relevant order or request identifier, what happened and the outcome sought. We acknowledge consumer complaints within two business days and aim to give a substantive response within ten business days. This does not prevent you from using a court or regulator.
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live and retain any mandatory protection of that law.
17General
We may transfer this contract as part of a merger, reorganisation or sale of the relevant business if doing so does not reduce your mandatory rights. You may transfer it only with our written consent, except where mandatory law permits. We are not partners, agents or joint venturers.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the order summary, contract confirmation, Privacy Policy and any incorporated Data Processing Addendum or enterprise agreement form the entire contract for the Service.
We may update these Terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change. A change applying to an existing paid subscription takes effect no earlier than its next renewal unless required sooner by law or necessary to address an urgent security risk without materially reducing your rights. Archived versions are available from us.
