Privacy Policy
How Antislop handles personal data.
01Who we are
Antislop is operated by Adeimantos Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17201404. Our registered office is 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4FG. Adeimantos Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice, except where we process content solely on a business customer’s documented instructions under our Customer Data Processing Addendum.
Contact contact@adeimantos.com for privacy questions or general help. You may also write to our registered office, marking the envelope “Privacy”.
02Scope
This notice applies to antislop.pro, app.antislop.pro, Antislop accounts, text-processing features, saved history, subscriptions, support and related communications. It explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, where it may be processed, how long we keep it and the rights available to you.
If your employer or another organisation provides your access and determines why your material is processed, that organisation is normally the controller and Adeimantos Ltd acts as its processor. You should also read that organisation’s privacy notice.
03Information we collect
Account and identity information
We collect your email address, display or profile name where supplied, account identifiers, authentication method, password hash for password accounts, verification and recovery status, role and security settings. If you sign in with Google, Google provides a stable account identifier, email address and basic profile information included in the approved sign-in scopes. We do not receive your Google password.
Material you submit and results
We process text, URLs and supported documents that you submit, including extracted document text, file name, file type and technical parsing information. We create edited output, preservation and quality signals, processing metadata, request identifiers and a transformation record used to explain, reproduce or verify a run. Submitted material can contain personal data or confidential information chosen by you.
For signed-in users, saved history may include source text or a source-file representation, output, run settings, timestamps, folder, pinned status, word counts, system-version identifiers and feedback. Voice profiles contain user-supplied writing samples, derived style instructions, a name and usage timestamps.
Anonymous use and abuse prevention
Where the Service permits use without an account, we issue a random browser identifier and combine it on our server with network information to create a one-way client digest. We also create a one-way digest of submitted input. We store those digests, request status, timestamps and limited usage metadata for 24 hours to enforce concurrency limits, detect rapid or repeated submissions, prevent abuse and resolve failed reservations. We do not store anonymous source text or output in saved history.
Subscription and transaction information
Stripe collects payment-method details, billing name and address, tax information and payment-authentication data. Antislop receives customer and subscription identifiers, order and invoice status, price and currency, tax outcome, billing period, cancellation status and limited card descriptors such as brand and last four digits. We do not receive full card numbers or security codes.
Communications, device and service information
We collect messages sent to support or through contact forms, delivery status and our replies. We also collect IP address and network information, timestamps, request and session identifiers, browser and device information, authentication and security events, service errors, rate-limit events, referral attribution, administrator actions and audit records. We may derive a coarse country or region from an IP address for security, tax and service-availability rules. We do not use precise-location tracking.
Information held in your browser
We use cookies and browser storage for sessions, anonymous-use continuity, OAuth security, referral attribution, user preferences and recoverable drafts. Draft text in sessionStorage remains in the browser tab and is not sent to us until you submit it.
04Why we use personal data
- Provide accounts, processing, saved history, exports and deletion.We use account, submitted-material, output, run and security data because it is necessary to perform our contract or take steps at your request before a contract.
- Provide subscriptions and customer support.We use account, subscription, transaction and communication data to perform our contract.
- Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.We use digests, network, device, security, usage and audit data for our legitimate interests in security, availability, fraud prevention and enforcement.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal and regulatory duties.We retain the required invoice, transaction and compliance records to meet legal obligations.
- Attribute a user-requested referral benefit.We use referral, account and subscription information to perform the requested arrangement or for our legitimate interest in administering and protecting the referral programme.
- Improve reliability and features.We use error data, aggregated usage, feedback and de-identified statistics for our legitimate interest in improving the Service. We use consent only where a genuinely optional feature requires it.
- Send essential service messages.We use email, account and transaction status to perform our contract or meet legal obligations.
We limit our legitimate interests through data minimisation, short retention, access controls, hashing and encryption, and by respecting your right to object. Where we ask for consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal.
05Artificial intelligence and training
Antislop applies deterministic editing rules and may use a hosted language-model inference service to evaluate or edit text. Submitted material and output are sent to that provider only when the requested processing requires it. They are held in memory for the request and returned to Antislop; neither Antislop nor the inference provider uses them to train, fine-tune or improve general-purpose models.
Antislop is an editing aid. It does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you. Automated checks may stop or fail a run to preserve meaning or protect the Service; you can edit, discard or rerun the result.
06Who receives information
We disclose only the information needed for the relevant service:
- Railway CorporationApplication hosting, networking and database processing. Service data is hosted in the EEA where selected; restricted support and onward processing may involve the United States under contractual safeguards.
- Convex, Inc.Operational database and encrypted ledger replication. We select EEA deployment where available and use restricted support access and contractual safeguards for other access.
- Deep Infra Inc.Requested language-model inference. Submitted text and the returned result are processed for the duration of the request, with limited non-content request metadata. Processing may occur in the United States and other documented locations under processor terms and UK transfer safeguards.
- StripePayment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and financial-compliance services. Stripe processes payment, billing, transaction, device and fraud information globally under its applicable privacy commitments and transfer safeguards.
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend)Transactional email. Recipient email, verification or service messages and delivery data may be processed in the United States under its data-processing and transfer safeguards.
- GoogleGoogle is an independent controller for Google sign-in. Antislop receives only the approved identity attributes from the sign-in flow.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers bound by confidentiality, authorities where legally required, a buyer or successor in a corporate transaction subject to safeguards, and a business customer that controls your account. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
07International transfers
Adeimantos Ltd is established in the United Kingdom. Some providers or authorised support personnel may process information outside the United Kingdom. For restricted transfers, we use an applicable adequacy regulation, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient participates, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a documented transfer-risk assessment and supplementary measures where needed.
You may request information about the safeguard relevant to your data at contact@adeimantos.com. Commercially sensitive or third-party information may be redacted from copies, but we will explain the safeguard.
Antislop is not currently directed to people habitually resident in the European Economic Area and does not offer consumer subscriptions there. Before beginning an EEA-directed offering or relevant monitoring, Adeimantos Ltd will appoint and publish an EU representative where Article 27 of the EU GDPR requires one.
08Retention and deletion
We apply these maximum periods unless a legal hold, unresolved dispute or law requires longer:
- Anonymous source and outputTransient pipeline copies are retained for no more than 24 hours; inference-provider copies remain only in memory for the request.
- Anonymous client and input digests24 hours, followed by hard deletion.
- Account and authentication recordsWhile the account is open, then 30 days after closure, followed by deletion or irreversible anonymisation except for required audit evidence.
- Sessions30 days from issue or earlier logout or revocation.
- Saved runs, files, outputs, ledgers, metadata and folders12 months from creation or last user update, whichever is later, or earlier when deleted by the user or on account closure. Active copies are deleted and backups expire within 35 days.
- Voice profiles12 months after last use or earlier user deletion or account closure; backups expire within 35 days.
- Product feedback12 months, then deletion or irreversible de-identification.
- Support messages and administrator notes24 months after the last relevant contact unless preserved for a dispute.
- Access, referral, entitlement and administrator audit events24 months, followed by deletion or irreversible aggregation.
- Application security and error logs90 days on a rolling basis.
- Billing, tax and accounting recordsSeven years after the relevant transaction.
- Rights-request and complaint recordsThree years after closure.
- BackupsA rolling maximum of 35 days. Restored data is re-subjected to deletion markers.
Deleting a saved run removes its active content and triggers deletion across the application, processing pipeline and transformation ledger. Account deletion revokes sessions immediately and completes active-system erasure within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record of a legal request, disputed transaction or security event without retaining submitted text.
09Administrator access
Authorised administrators may access account information and saved content only to fulfil a support request you initiated, investigate a concrete security or abuse event, comply with law, or perform a documented recovery or deletion operation. Access is role-restricted, time-bound where feasible and logged. Administrators may not browse customer content for product research, performance management or model training.
10Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and provide a copy;
- correct incomplete or inaccurate data;
- delete data or restrict processing in qualifying circumstances;
- provide data you supplied in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format where portability applies;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- complain to a supervisory authority.
Send a request to contact@adeimantos.com. We normally respond within one month. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity and authority. We do not charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive and the law permits a reasonable fee.
In the United Kingdom, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk or by telephone on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to contact us before the ICO.
11Children
Antislop is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer accounts or subscriptions to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal data, contact contact@adeimantos.com so we can investigate and delete it.
12Security
We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, encryption and key separation for transformation records, least-privilege access, multi-factor protection for privileged access, session controls, secure-development review, logging, incident response, backups and tested restoration. Keep account credentials confidential and do not submit information that is unnecessary for the editing task.
13Changes and contact
We may update this notice to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version and effective date appear at the top. We will give a prominent in-product or email notice before a material change takes effect. A privacy-notice acknowledgement is not consent and does not replace consent where the law requires a genuine choice.
