INTRODUCING ANTISLOP
We’re on a mission to save the world from the rapidly accelerating loss of beautiful free thinking and stimulating thought due to raw AI generated text spreading throughout the internet unchanged.
Antislop is officially live and we’re rolling out the next generation of advanced AI rewriting capabilities that extend beyond the standard ‘‘humaniser’’ tools, avoids the bloated software issues of large incumbents and focuses on what our users truly need ~ a way to reliably remove AI slop from all of their outputs.
Introducing Deslop ~ Free mode.
In order to truly provide the best experience for the maximum number of users and democratise access to easy slop removal tools and let anyone access Antislop we have completely removed all costs from our Free deslop mode. In order to do this we have adapted our linguistic detection systems to run deterministically. This has some benefits and considerations:
Benefits of Free mode:
Fast: Free mode, selected via the dropdown, rewrites automatically, without an AI evaluation or quality control. Without AI in the process we can guarantee that it’s fast and highly accurate.
Run type:Free runs
Free: As in the name, free mode incurs no cost and is available to everyone at any time, either directly via our website antislop.pro or the app itself when logged in. Logging in simply saves your runs, and provides some further functionality that logged out users would not have access to.
- Your runs will only be saved if logged in
- Once logged in, you can Deslop and visit past Free runs. Naturalise is coming soon.
Focussed: Without any distractions the deterministic free mode will ruthlessly remove AI slop from your output and insert fitted rewrites in place. However, since this happens without any LLM involved in the process, we cannot quality control every output.
- We highly recommend double checking the final output when using Free Deslop, while constantly working to improve it, rewrites are fully automated and subject to breaking sentences ~ rarely ~ which brings us to:
Considerations of Free Mode:
Fallibility: Naturally, running automated software on text runs the risk of occasionally breaking sentence structure, when we remove an em dash and replace it with a comma, 99% of the time it lands correctly, occasionally it won’t.
- Take 30 seconds to parse your output
- It will still save you countless minutes of manually rewriting or removing the AI slop anyway.
Fractional: Free mode adapts a significant portion of our slop detection systems, it cannot adapt all of them.
- It catches the more obvious offenders.
- It will often achieve great results with most slop removed.
We are working to improve the breadth and reliability of Free Mode and are always open to community feedback. Let us know by tagging us on twitter (X) ~ @antisloppers
Previewing the Antislop Naturaliser:
We’re preparing V1 of our Antislop naturaliser. It is designed to detect combinations across our AI Slop detection systems, retain the meaning and facts of an input, and output the text with Slop resolved.
How it works:
Naturalise will use 57 formula-specific detection systems, then carry confirmed N-Bits through Bit validation and Resolver-authored reconstruction.
- The system can distinguish identical words performing different rhetorical jobs.
- Antislop detects structures that ordinary banned-word lists cannot see.
- Antislop is designed to find the smallest offending span instead of flattening the whole document.
- Every accepted rewrite can carry an audit trail from diagnosis to final output.
- The system can coordinate interacting problems instead of repairing them in isolation.
When it opens, you will be able to paste or upload a document. Naturalise will assess the text, detect AI Slop through the proprietary detection systems, and reconstruct it while preserving the intended meaning.
Across 4 layers of language, Antislop can inspect semantics, discourse, lexical constructions and pragmatics.
Examples include manufactured “not X but Y” balance, sentence fragments arranged into artificial dramatic rhythm, unsupported relevance questions, inflated causal nominalisations, canned agenda-setting, fake surprise pivots, and abstract claims presented as conclusions.
Why now:
Professionals use AI to save time drafting, but its recurring linguistic defaults make their public writing sound interchangeable and removing those patterns manually is slow, inconsistent and difficult to repeat without damaging the original meaning.
Antislop detects those structures directly and reconstructs only the affected language while preserving the writer’s facts, meaning, intent and register.
AI is taking over, text is everywhere, differentiating is more immediate and important than ever.
Existing writing tools are built to generate, paraphrase, score or broadly “humanise” text. They are not built to identify and resolve the recurring linguistic structures that make AI-assisted writing recognisable.
Current alternative is hours weekly of painful manual editing or risking shipping AI content and getting fired for it.
The dominant AI systems repeatedly converge on the same linguistic defaults. Anyone using AI frequently will encounter them, regardless of model or prompt.
Naturalise is being built around one important constraint: preserve the meaning, intent, and especially the facts of the input.
Start Free, help shape what comes next:
We encourage testing the free system and seeing if you like it, we are also constantly improving our core offering for all our users. This means that any of your feedback now will shape the future of Antislop.
Our mission to save the world from converging on a singular way of writing starts with rewriting AI output to sound natural and soon we’ll be introducing customisable modes for our users.
